This property is situated within yards of the Mount Park conservation area, Ealing. This unique style property involved a sensitive but significant renovation of an integral garage to a habitable room in preperation for an elderly client as a care space. We retained the original character of the house which poses an existing dominant feature of a pergola style roof, this was carefully replicated to an appropriate scale for the new space which overall enhanced the appearance of the property.
