After discussing the first stages of the renovation we prepare an initial feasibility study to help our client gain a greater understanding of the opportunities presented by the project, this can be useful to help decide the most appropriate approach to design and construction. Plan it.

Following a strategic brief prepared by the client, room by room assessments are carried out and followed by detailed orientated concepts.  We identify the key requirements and restrictions for the project and plan accordingly.

Build it.

The purpose and importance of project management during construction is to control and oversee the project’s time frames, delivery, cost, and quality. This ensures that the contractor is following the design specifications and plans throughout the process.
