This property is a beautifully unique, 6-bedroom detached, single-storey bungalow property offering in excess of 4,000 sqft of stunning and vast well-maintained gardens. The project scope was a full upgrade, interior redesign and renovation of the house that covered 12 different rooms in total. The client wished for neutral clean finishings and to incorporate elements of their rich Chinese heritage with the inclusion of a traditional tea room. Each room had an individual design brief with bespoke features, carefully curated to consider space, functionality and aesthetics. This property had the advantage of ample space to work with which made the project a great pleasure to work on.
